Program Overview

The Richards Family Café Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to our website using your unique affiliate link. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases and are subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

To join the affiliate program, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Richards Family Café reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Commission Structure

Direct Sales: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on purchases made by customers referred using their unique affiliate link.

Multi-Level Commissions: Affiliates can earn additional commissions from their referred affiliates as follows:

  • Level 1: 2.5% commission on sales made by affiliates you directly refer.
  • Level 2: 1.5% commission on sales made by your Level 1 affiliates’ referrals.
  • Level 3: 1% commission on sales made by your Level 2 affiliates’ referrals.

Subscribe & Save Orders

Affiliates earn recurring commissions on Subscribe & Save orders made by referred customers. Commissions will apply to each subscription renewal as long as the subscription remains active.

Referral Cookie

The program uses a 30-day referral cookie, meaning you will earn commissions on any purchases made by referred customers within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link. If a customer clicks another affiliate's link within this time frame, the most recent referral will receive credit for the sale.

Commission Payments

Commissions are paid 30 days after being earned to allow the return window to expire.

Payments are made via PayPal, the only payout method currently available.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal account details.

Restrictions

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about Richards Family Café products or services.
  • Use unauthorized advertising methods, including spam, false advertising, or misleading links.
  • Promote their affiliate link on websites or platforms that include offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Earn commissions on their own purchases.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

Promotion Guidelines

 

  • Affiliates are encouraged to promote their unique link on websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Termination

Richards Family Café reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms. Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying Richards Family Café through the affiliate dashboard.

Liability

Richards Family Café is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of participating in the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.

Modification of Terms

Richards Family Café reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
